	December 8-11, 2008 The National Forum on Quality Improvement in Health Care is the premier "meeting place" for people committed to the mission of improving health care. This annual event draws over 6,500 health care leaders from around the world in person and thousands more via satellite broadcast.

	December 10-11, 2008 As part of our ongoing effort to accelerate health care improvement throughout the world, IHI will be transmitting a live satellite broadcast of the National Forum Keynote and Mini Keynote presentations on December 10 and 11.

	September 8-9, 2008 This seminar focuses on how to apply concrete, practical approaches to engage physicians in the quality and safety work of the hospital or other health care system.



	Reengineering the Operating Room to Improve Hospital-Wide Efficiency and Quality
	September 24-25, 2008 This two-day seminar provides participants with a set of tools to use and apply in their operating room to reduce costs and improve patient throughput in the hospital. Participants will be guided through a series of topics critical for efficient hospital operations.



	Hospital to Home: Optimizing the Transition
	October 28-29, 2008 This two-day interactive seminar will assist teams in enhancing communications, supporting patients and families, eliminating waste, and improving workflow using ideas that have been tested in an IHI Learning and Innovation Community.
