January 11-14, 2010 On-Site Meeting:

April 6-9, 2010 On-Site Meeting:
To book reservations at the Charles Hotel please call (800) 882-1818 and refer to the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, IA Program to receive the special block rate of $209 a night. Please book your reservations prior to March 15, 2010 to receive this room rate.
