Improving the reliability of health care delivery requires deliberate designs and changes. This document describes the change ideas gathered thus far in IHI's IMPACT Community on Designing for Reliability in Clinical Processes. Teams in the Community are testing these change ideas, and the change package will be refined and updated based on the results of those tests.
