According to the US Census Bureau, the US population aged 65+ years is expected to nearly double over the next 30 years. These demographic advances have left our health systems struggling to reliably provide evidence-based practice to every older adult at every care interaction. IHI’s Age-Friendly Health Systems Online Course with Coaching is a new, in-depth course that teaches the elements of the 4Ms Framework (What Matters, Medication, Mentation, and Mobility), and how to implement age-friendly care learnings in different types of care settings.
Join our exclusive Informational Call with faculty on Thursday, February 6, 2025, 12:00 – 1:00 PM ET. Gain valuable insights and register now to secure your spot.
